P287 music school is a different type of music company. Our desire is not just to develop and empower students on their musical journey, but to develop and empower young teachers as they seek to find musical fulfillment as well as a sustainable income.
Through paid hands-on teaching, P287 teachers are assisted in the development of teaching skills, business management, and customer relations.
Our system is designed to send you out ready to teach and run your own studio in 2-3 years.
Looking for Private Piano Instructors
We are looking for proficient musicians with a desire to teach to join our list of contracted teachers. Musical excellence is required, and a desire to grow in your teaching, business, and student-parent relation skills.
Prior teaching experience is helpful, but not required.
Where You’ll Work
P287 Teachers are traveling teachers! Right now, P287 music is limited only to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx – but you will choose the areas you take on depending on where you live.
